The Eau Claire Bunyan & Babe stand in front of the Paul Bunyan Logging Camp Museum in Carson Park. Paul was knocked over and damaged by vandals in 2002. He was restored the same year. In 2003, Babe was restored. For more, see their website.

The Lakewood Babe once stood in front of the Bunyan Corner Pub with a statue of Paul Bunyan. They were there since at least the 1970s. Paul was the small type of classic Muffler Man and wore handmade clothing. Babe is a modified steakhouse steer. The Pub burned down in 2004 and Paul and Babe were moved in front of the Lakewood Hotel for awhile. By 2007, Paul was sold to a log home business in Rocky Mount, NC and Babe was moved to the Maple Heights Campground. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2.
