VIRGINIA

Greyhound Station [gone]
Norfolk, VA

This Norfolk station was designed by Arrasmith and built in 1942. It featured a 100-seat restaurant. It was the first station not to have the pylon sign situated above the entrance. This station has been demolished.

former Greyhound/Trailways Station
Norfolk, VA

This Norfolk station was built in the late 1950s or early 1960s. It features a cool little bus stop structure on the corner. I imagine this was a common design element of other Greyhounds at the time. Anybody know more? This building is now owned by the City. There was a 1940s moderne Greyhound station in Norfolk but it was demolished.

Petersburg (Trailways): 1, 2
