The Glass Hand is another fiberglass statue manufacturer. They produce figures for amusement parks, Big Boy statues for Frisch's (middle photo above), and they do custom work for individuals. They made 270 of the 400 pigs that were part of Cincinnati's Big Pig Gig public art project in 2000. The Carpet Genie on the far left above was restored for the American Sign Museum. The Enchanted Castle Studios is the workshop of Mark Cline where he produces fiberglass figures. The Enchanted Castle was a tourist attraction in the 1990s but is now used solely as his studio. Mark created Foamhenge which is just down the road in Natural Bridge and the dinosaurs in Glasgow, VA. The Cadillac Diner is just down the road from the Enchanted Castle Studios. This Humpty Dumpty figure was created by Marc Cline. There was a 16' tall King Kong figure, another Cline creation, here in 2006 - but he was gone in 2007. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2.
