Coca-Cola bottling plant

This Du Quoin Coca-Cola bottling plant was built in 1949. It was operated by the Hayes Brothers who are also responsible for the Du Quoin State Fair, a 900-acre park just down the street (which has some Art Deco buildings as well). "Central States Bottling", which occupies the building today, still produces Coca-Cola. Note the two giant bottle cap details. For more, see this website.

This Sanford Coca-Cola was built 1908 and remodeled in the 1920s. The building features terra cotta bottles and lettering in relief. Coca-Cola moved out in the 1970s and it was used for storage until around the 1990s. I believe the building is now used for office space. For more, see this webpage.
