West End Market
North Adams, MA
The West End Market building, or at least the sign, appears to be from the 1930s. I believe the building was still in use as a grocery store in the 1970s. By 2004, it was occupied by an antiques shop. The building has been vacant since around that time. In 2006, it was bought by Brewhaha, a coffee bar with a downtown location. However, they never did move in and the building remains vacant and for sale.

Mary E. Curley School
Jamaica Plain, MA
The Mary E. Curley School was built in 1931.

Oriental House
Orange, MA
The Oriental House Chinese restaurant appears to be from the 1930s or so. Does anyone know anything about this building?

Sofra Bakery & Cafe
Cambridge, MA
The Sofra Bakery & Cafe building is probably from the 1940s. It previously housed Griffin's Package Store. Sofra opened here in 2008. For more, see this website.
