The castle-like Trolley Depot Building was built in 1931. In recent years, the building housed the Whistlestop Bar & Grille. It is now occupied by Monroe Community Mental Health Authority offices.

WJR Radio Transmitter Building

The former State Bank of Perry now houses Charay's, a nail salon. The buildings features a limestone facade with incised letters and glass block.

This storefront in Niles appears to be from the 1930s. Does anyone know what business was here originally?

This storefront in Lansing also appears to be from the 1930s. The store on the left now houses Trick Your Bully, a dog boutique. Does anyone know the original occupant of this building?

J.W. Knapp Building
Lansing, MI
The Knapp Building was designed by Orlie Munson as the J.W. Knapp Department Store. It was built from 1937-1939. The store closed in 1980. At some point, the building became Knapp's Office Centre. In 2011, it was announced that the building would be restored. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. For more, see these websites: 1, 2, and 3.

J.W. Sexton High School
