Bouharoun's Package Store
Greenville, SC
Bouharoun's Package Store has been here since the late 1940s. They are the original tenant. There are plans to build a tower over the store, incorporating it "to some extent". It is one of the last Art Deco buildings left in Greenville.

Fire Department
Newberry, SC
The Newberry Fire Department building appears to be from the 1930s.

First National Bank
Greenville, SC
The First National Bank was built in 1938. It is now a Carolina First Bank. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Chase Furniture
Charleston, SC
This Chase Furniture building was constructed in 1946. The company left the building in 2005 and it has been vacant since then. In 2007, the Charleston Law School signed a five-year lease to use the building. For more, see these websites: 1, 2, and 3.

Hartsville Community Center
Hartsville, SC
The Hartsville Community Center was built in 1936 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building housed the Chamber of Commerce, the Hartsville Library, city and other offices, and retail space. It also featured the Center Theatre which now offers live performances.
