Kaisers Ice Cream Parlor
Oklahoma City, OK
Kaisers Ice Cream Parlor was established in 1910. The company moved to this location in 1918. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Kaisers Ice Cream Parlor closed in 1990. From 1994-2010, the building housed the Grateful Bean Café. Since 2010, Kaiser's American Bistro has operated here. Dairy Boy was an Oklahoma chain which seems to have originated in the early 1960s. The sign in Jet is all that remains of that location. I believe the Lexington location is the only one left with this style sign. For more, see this website.
