former Skelly station
Macon, MO
This former Skelly station has been closed since around the 1990s. It features many original details including the glass logo window at the front of the canopy.

Sinclair station
Brunswick, MO
This Sinclair station was built in 1922 and has always been a Sinclair station. I have not seen stepped brickwork along the roofline on a Sinclair before. This station still sells gas and offers repairs.

former station
St. Louis, MO
This former station appears to have been a Sinclair station originally. There would have been a canopy attached to this building originally. The building now houses Pawsitively Fintastic.

Springfield, MO
This former Sinclair station appeared to be vacant when these photos were taken in 2012.

Sinclair station
Salisbury, MO
Sinclair station
Salisbury, MO
The first Sinclair station shown above features a residence above. Very often, these combination station/houses featured a cafe on the ground floor. I don't know if that was the case here.

The second Sinclair station above has a painted sign on the window for Salisbury Super Service Oil Company. However, it appears that this building has been vacant for years.

former D-X station
Clinton, MO
This restored former D-X station is probably from the 1930s. Does anyone know more about this place?

former station
Webster Groves, MO
This former station now houses Roger's Produce.

former station
Ava, MO
former station
Maryville, MO
The former station in Ava appeared to be vacant when this photo was taken in 2010. I don't know if the stonework is original.

The former station in Maryville is also known as the Austin Spoor station. It was built as a Shell station and later served as a Texaco and Skelly station. The station closed in 1985. In 1994, Archer Auto Sales purchased the station and moved it to their property. According to their website, the station was built in 1935. However, "since 1921" is painted on the building so I don't know which date is correct. For more, see this website.

Gay Parita station
Paris Springs, MO
Gay Parita station is a recreation of a station that was built here in the 1930s. It was destroyed by a fire in 1955. This building is from 2006. The stone garage is original, built in 1926. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2.
