The former North Platte Phillips 66 Station is now home to "A Touch of Beauty". I believe it was built around 1930.
This former station in Sidney looks like a modified Phillips 66 that has been incorporated into a larger building. However, I'm told that in the 1940s and 1950s, it was known as Moseman Service and was a Sinclair station. The Mosemans lived in the second floor of the building. In the 1960s, it may have become a Phillips 66 station. The building now houses "La Petite Hair Chalet". This former Central City Phillips 66 Station has been altered quite a bit. |

| This Kearney station was known as Grantham's Gas (I'm not sure of the exact spelling or if that was the original name). It looks like it was built in the 1920s or 1930s. The Grantham family also had a restaurant next door. That building is now gone. The former station is now home to a State Farm Insurance office, a Merle Norman Cosmetics outlet, and the Platform Hair Studio. Does anyone know more about the building? |
