Twin Towers Service Station
Fort Lee, NJ
The Twin Towers Service Station was built in 1929. Way back when, it sold Flying A and later Esso gas. It is now an Exxon station.

former station
Freehold, NJ
former station
Atlantic City, NJ
The former Freehold station now houses the Green Blade repair shop. It may have been an Esso station. It was probably built in the 1920s or 1930s.

I have no information about this former Atlantic City station. It looks like it's been vacant for many years.

former station [gone]
South Amboy, NJ
When these photos were taken in 2004, this former station was vacant and the gas pumps were gone. It was last known as Massing's Gulf and was previously an Esso station. The building has since been demolished.

former station
Cresskill, NJ
This former station was vacant when this photo was taken in 2011. It may have been a Conoco station originally.

former station
Bloomfield, NJ
former station
Red Bank, NJ
This former Bloomfield station was occupied by Yohnny Tires in 2009.

In 2004, this former Red Bank station was stucco-ed up and recycled into a Lighthouse italian ice stand. Before this incarnation, it was a car rental place. For more, see their website.

former station [gone?]
Collingswood, NJ
This former Collingswood station had just been restored when this photo was taken in 2007. I believe it is gone as I have not been able to find it again.

Delta Station
Summit, NJ
This Summit Station appears to be from the 1920s or 1930s. It is still in use as a gas station and service garage. In 2003, it was a Getty station. I don't know what brand was sold here originally.

former station
Trenton, NJ
This Trenton station is now strictly a repair business. They haven't sold gas in at least 30 years and the owner knows nothing of the place's history.

former station
Paramus, NJ
This former station was built in the 1930s. It was a Sunoco at one point but I'm not sure if that was the original brand of gas sold here. In 2003, the building was covered with vinyl siding by its new occupant, Dollar Rent a Car. By 2011, when these photos were taken, the building was vacant with signs from the previous tenant, Chakra restaurant.
