former Falcon station
Wexford, PA
This former Falcon station is now used as Bauerle's Greenhouse, a garden shop. The building is in pretty poor shape and is surrounded by new development. I believe this building design was used by Falcon in PA and Minute Man in NY.

former Falcon station
Beaver, PA
former Falcon station
Beaver Falls, PA
The Beaver former Falcon station is in much better shape than the Wexford station described above. This is now a Kwik Fill station.

The Beaver Falls Falcon station is now vacant and obstructed with an ugly canopy.

former Falcon station
Corry, PA
former Falcon station
Erie, PA
This Corry Falcon station is now operating as a Kwik Fill station.

This Erie Falcon station was vacant when this photo was taken in 2010.

former station
Titusville, PA
This former station in Titusville now houses City Limits Ice Cream. The pump island is still there. This might be an altered, former Falcon station.

former Mobil station
Allentown, PA
former station
West Middlesex, PA
These Mobil station canopies have been adapted by a LUKOIL station. There are very few of these mushroom canopies left and I don't believe any of them are still in use by Mobil. They were designed by Eliot Noyes in the late 1960s. For more info, see this example that was in Hamden, CT.

This former station in West Middlesex appears to have been built as a Gulf station. It now houses Chubby's, an ice cream stand.

former station
Meadville, PA
Sunoco station
Frackville, PA
The former station in Meadville now houses Bean's Auto Service. I'm not sure what brand was sold here originally.

This nicely maintained Sunoco station is still selling gas and performing repairs.

former Texaco station
Ashland, PA
former Union 76 station
Reading, PA
This former Texaco is now used as a repair garage.

This former Union 76 station now serves as a Maier's bakery outlet. The office functions as a store while the former service bay(s) are used for distribution storage. Maier's has owned the building since at least the 1980s.

Double Wide Grill
Pittsburgh, PA
The Double Wide Grill was built as a gas station in 1939. The exterior features a simulated Texaco star and some stripes but I don't know if it was a Texaco originally. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2.

Exxon station
Mechanicsburg, PA
This Exxon station still bears the "Happy Motoring!" slogan from when it was an Esso station. The metal numbers are still changed manually on the price sign.

former station
Mechanicsburg, PA
This former station bears the silhouette of a former Gulf Oil sign. I don't know if this was originally a Gulf. I have never seen another building like this one. It was vacant when these photos were taken in 2010.
