This former Magnolia station was built in 1929. The neon Pegasus sign was probably installed on the roof in 1932. The station closed in 1985. The building has been vacant since at least 2006. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2.

This former Magnolia station was built in 1936 and later served as a Mobil station. It closed in the early 1970s and housed several businesses after that. The building was restored in 2000. It appeared to be vacant when these photos were taken in 2011. The Mobilgas pump on display has a "script top" - the letters were lit from inside.
