The Lake George Man is located at a fabulous miniature golf course that contains other giant people and things. There is a sign saying that this Muffler Man came from the 1964 New York's World Fair. For more photos of Around the World Mini Golf, see
this page.
The Stony Point Man is located at the Camp Bullowa Boy Scout Camp. He was at the amphitheater but kept getting shoved off the cliff by the boys. He now stands safely next to the ranger’s house. |

| The Liverpool Man was previously located in Syracuse, NY and held a minivan as part of a billboard advertising for a different car dealership. In 2000, he moved to the back lot of Honda City. This muffler man has both hands in the upward position. |

The Elmsford Man is missing an arm and leans against the gas price sign. This might be his original location as someone told me that he's been here since the early 1960s. His boots are submerged in a planter. In 2004, the gas station was taken over by BP and the Man was repainted gold and green. His eyes are also an eerie shade of green now. In 2007, his other arm disappeared. |

| The Bethel Man was previously at the Danbury Fairgrounds which closed in 1981. He was then moved to the Eden Brook Fish Market where he was styled as a hippie with a tie-dyed shirt and patched pants and held a 2-D fish in his hands (photo at left). In 2003, the fish store was demolished and the Man was moved to Yasgur's Farm (home of annual Woodstock reunions). For more, see these websites: 1 and 2. |

| The Lake Luzerne Man has seen better days. He has been missing his right arm for years. In 2002, his head was blown off in a storm and it now lays on the ground below. You can still barely make out the lettering "Swiss Trail" across his chest and "Campsites" on his saw. He was previously used to advertise the Lake Luzerne Campgrounds. Today, he stands on a hill near the Adirondack Memories gift shop, mostly obscured by trees. For more info about him, see this site. |

Magic Forest has four International Fiberglass giants: three Bunyan types (a traditional Bunyan, a dark-skinned "Pecos Bill" cowboy and a very unusual clown) and one Half-Wit (modified to look like an Amish man). Paired with the Amish Man is a crude (non-International Fiberglass) Lumberjack. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2.

| The Riverhead Raceway Indian stands in front of the racetrack. The Raceway has been here since 1949. They bought the Indian from the Danbury Fair in CT when it closed in the 1970s. |

These two giant Indians are on Cattaraugus Indian Reservation territory. The I-90 Indian was originally at the Iroquois Brewery in Buffalo, NY where he held a bottle of beer in his outstretched hand. In the late 1950s, he was sold and moved to the Seneca Pottery and Gift Shop in East Avon, NY. His owners had the hand and bottle cut off and replaced with a saluting hand. When that business closed in 1998, the giant Indian was sold and moved here.
The Big Indian Smoke Shop Indian stands just behind the I-90 Indian at this gas station/cigarette store. I'm not sure of his history. |

| The Middletown Indian, aka Chief Towaco (painted on the base below), has seen better days. Apparently, he's been duct-taped together and repainted many times. He stands in the Indian Village area of the fairground. I suspect his rather out-of-the-way location makes him vulnerable to vandalism. The angle of the sun made it very difficult to get frontal shots. |
