The Lima Man is an example of the smaller and rarer Bunyan type Muffler Men. Derringers closed and this statue disappeared sometime after 2009. In 2011, it was announced that the statue was being restored and would be reinstalled in Elida, OH in 2011.
The Traders World Muffler Man statue was originally the same style as the one in Lima, OH. It was modified later by Mark Cline to look like a saluting or waving cowboy. There are also lots of animal statues at Traders World. For more, see this website. |

| This Muffler Man statue has been installed next to Endless Endeavors since 2003. In the early 1990s, it was located at the Raff Road Raceway in Canton, OH. These very rare statues may have been inspired by Texaco Big Friend statues. This statue has a different head and normal-sized hands. It more closely resembles the statue in Chicopee, MA.
