The Giant Guns are on the lot of Custom Iron Works. I believe they both double as sculpture and BBQ grills.

Giant Rifle & Giant Chainsaw

The Giant Rifle (aka "Big Ernie") and Giant Chainsaw (aka "Big Gus") are at the "Da Yoopers Tourist Trap", a huge gift shop/tourist attraction. The Chain Saw is 23' long and has a working motor. This giant old-fashioned Gas Pump stands in front of the Sylvania Gulf station.
The Beaumont Fire Hydrant was built by Disney to promote the "101 Dalmatians" movie in 1999. It is 24' tall and stands in the park in front of the Fire Museum of Texas. For more, see this website.
The Columbia Fire Hydrant is 39' tall and was installed in 2001 as a public art piece. It was created by Blue Sky and is entitled "Busted Plug Plaza". The steel sculpture leans to one side and rises from broken cement and spouting water. For more, see this website.
