The Paul Bunyan course is somewhat run-down but very sweet. It is just behind the giant Paul Bunyan and Babe statues along the lake. It has some nice and unique figures with local references, including this big fish and mosquito. The course that is there now was created in 1995, but I'm sure there were previous versions. This mini golf was part of the Paul Bunyan Amusement Park. The kiddies rides were auctioned off in 2006 but this course and an operating small-scale train remain.

The Spring Lake Amusement Park features a former Goony Golf. It is one of the best preserved examples of the chain with well-maintained and animated obstacles. The facility also has a tremendous and difficult modern course. For more Goony Golfs, see this page.
