The Haydon Burns Library was designed by Taylor Hardwick and built in 1965. The library closed in 2004 and the building was nearly demolished in 2006. The Sanford Auto Company was a repair garage. It appeared to be vacant when these photos were taken in 2009. I'm told that this building was originally home to Butte Knit Clothing, a manufacturing business.
