One Woodward Avenue Detroit, MI

One Woodward Avenue was designed by Minoru Yamasaki and built in 1962. It was originally built for the Michigan Consolidated Gas Co. and was later known as the American Natural Resources Building. Now it simply goes by the One Woodward Avenue name and houses multiple tenants. Bally Total Fitness Southfield, MI

Bally Total Fitness was also designed by Minoru Yamasaki and built in 1959. It was originally used as the Reynolds Metals regional sales office. Appropriately, the building features gold aluminum screens.
