Flyer's Bar and Grill
Cleveland, OH
Flyer's Bar and Grill occupies what appears to be former bank building.

AmTrust Bank
Cleveland, OH
This AmTrust Bank is in the same supermarket parking lot as Flyers Bar & Grill described above. This bank was probably built a little later.

former bank
Elyria, OH
This former bank now houses Lilly's Styling Salon.

former Firestone Bank
Akron, OH
This former Firestone Bank was designed by W.A. Sarmiento and built in 1958. The bank closed in 1982. In 2000, the building was donated to the city. The building was finally renovated in 2009 and houses a PlusOne call center. It is now named the Verge Building. For more, see this website.

Progressive Insurance
Parma, OH
This Progressive Insurance office appears to occupy a former mid-century bank.

Chase Bank
Reynoldsburg, OH
This Chase Bank, aka the "round bank", opened in 1960 as the Reynoldsburg Bank. It was designed by Taylor & Liebersbach. The bank became City National Bank in 1963. Later, it was a Bank One before being taken over by Chase in 2004. The building features a parabolic roof. The drive-thru canopy was added by Chase. For more, see this website.

Chase Bank
Columbus, OH
Columbus Finance
Columbus, OH
This Chase Bank is just north of the Eastland Mall. The square building has two projecting "legs" on each side and a zig-zag drive-thru canopy on the fourth side. I'm guess that it's from the late 1960s or early 1970s. The ugly siding was probably a later addition.

Columbus Finance was established in 1960. This building appears to be from then.

Charter One Bank
Rocky River, OH
This Charter One Bank branch was probably built in the 1950s. It appears to have been heavily influenced by the designs of Frank Lloyd Wright. Does anyone know when this was built and/or the architects that designed it?
