This Cadillac Building, aka the Corlett Building, was being demolished when these photos were taken in 2009. The site will be used for parking and possibly a farmers market. Perhaps they will be preserving the facade or incorporating some of these details in the new building. The ground floor functioned as a Cadillac dealership when the building was constructed in 1914. From 1925-1965, it was home to Downtown Chevrolet. For more, see this website.
