Studebaker Building
Brooklyn, NY
This Studebaker Building was built in 1920 as a Studebaker dealership. The five-story building faced with terra cotta was converted into apartments in 2000 and the ground floors were somewhat remodeled. There was a fire in the building in 2012 just before these photos were taken. For more, see this website.

This Studebaker Building was built in 1923 and was used as an assembly plant. In the 1930s, the Borden's Dairy Company used the building as a milk processing plant. This Studebaker Building was built in 1926 for Mathis Motors Studebaker. The dealership remained in operation here until the late 1960s. There are six Studebaker emblems, each five feet tall. The green trim is copper. The building housed an antiques store when these photos were taken in 2007. It is now vacant. For more, see these websites: 1 and 1.

Studebaker Building
Asbury Park, NJ
Studebaker Building
Holyoke, MA
The Studebaker Building in Asbury Park seems a little plainer than most. It was probably refaced at some point and stripped of a cornice and other details. I believe this building is from the late 1920s. It appears to be used as a warehouse now.

This Studebaker Building housed a Studebaker dealership. Does anyone know when it was built and when it closed?

This Studebaker Building was built in 1925. The upper stucco panel has four Studebaker logos. When Studebaker moved out, Marble Savings Bank redid the interior and leased the ground floor to an A&P grocery store. The building has been remodeled several times since. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. For more, see this website.
