Studebaker Building
Brooklyn, NY
This Studebaker Building was built in 1920 as a Studebaker dealership. The five-story building faced with terra cotta was converted into apartments in 2000 and the ground floors were somewhat remodeled. The building still retains its Studebaker wagon wheel logos below the roof. For more, see this website.

Studebaker Building
New York, NY
This Studebaker Building was built in 1923 and was used as an assembly plant. In the 1930s, the Borden's Dairy Company used the building as a milk processing plant. In 2007, Columbia University purchased the building and has been restoring it. The ground floor is now occupied by the Studebaker Cafe while the upper floors are used for administrative offices.

Pleasantville, NJ
The Pleasantville Studebaker Building is now used as an antiques store.

Studebaker Building
Asbury Park, NJ
Studebaker Building
Holyoke, MA
The Asbury Park Studebaker Building seems a little plainer than most. It was probably refaced at some point and stripped of a cornice and other details. I believe this building is from the late 1920s. It appears to be used as a warehouse now.

This Holyoke Studebaker Building might have been a manufacturing plant and not a showroom. Does anyone know its history?

This Studebaker dealership was built in 1927. The building now houses M&M Insurance Associates. The owner displays his Model A Fords inside.

The Asbury Park Studebaker showroom was built in 1931. The building now houses Studebaker's Antiques.

Studebaker Building
Durham, NC
The Durham Studebaker Building was built in 1928 as Henry Motor Sales. The dealership closed around 1930. By 1943, the building was used by Brown's Auto Supply. It housed a number of businesses after that. From 2006-2008, the building was renovated. It now houses Ogilvy & Mather, an advertising agency. For more, see this website.

Studebaker Building
St. Petersburg, FL
The St. Petersburg Studebaker Building was built in 1925. The upper stucco panel has four Studebaker logos. When Studebaker moved out, Marble Savings Bank redid the interior and leased the ground floor to an A&P grocery store. The building has been remodeled several times since. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. For more, see these websites: 1, 2, and 3.

Lakewood, OH
The Lakewood Studebaker Building was built in 1925. It is currently home to Air Rite Products (an air conditioning service and supply company).

Studebaker Building
Hazleton, PA
The Hazleton Studebaker Building is probably from the 1920s or earlier.

Studebaker Building
Schenectady, NY
The Schenectady Studebaker Building was built in 1926. In 2005 when these photos were taken, the building was vacant and deteriorating. The Studebaker name in the both spoked wheel logos had been defaced.

Mishawaka, IN
The Mishawaka Studebaker Building now houses The Bridge, a food pantry for those in need. For more, see their website.

Studebaker Building
St. Paul, MN
The St. Paul Studebaker Building now houses Axel's Bonfire restaurant and other businesses. I believe it was built as Byers-Patro Motor Co. in 1927. It was previously home to "Grand Avenue Ford" (1950s?). The building was renovated around 1982 and previously housed "Ciatti's" restaurant. For more, see this website.

National Museum
South Bend, IN
The Portland Studebaker showroom is now occupied by Carpet and Furniture Town. Although the awnings and signage conflict with the building's façade, the gold Studebaker emblem stands out above. It was originally opened in 1928 as Hennings Motor Co. For more, see this website.

The Denver Studebaker & Franklin showroom was built in 1923. The building now houses a furniture store. It is located on Broadway which has many former showrooms.

The Studebaker National Museum features a collection of Studebakers, signs, and displays. The company was founded in South Bend. This logo block is installed in front of the museum. For more, see their website.
