The J&W Grill opened in 1957 and this sign appears to be from then.
The Men's Club snooker parlor opened around 1960 and this sign is from then. The sign was originally animated with the snooker player's right arm and cue lit in sequence.
The Kings Inn sign appears to be from the 1960s.

The Muscle Car Ranch is owned by Curtis Hart who has been collecting signs, cars, and motorcycles since the 1980s. There are hundreds of signs distributed around his 62 acre property.
