The Chinatown Restaurant has a faded sign but is still operating. Monty's Penguin has been here since at least the 1980s (and probably opened much earlier). Jack's Family Restaurant has a boxy building but a nice-looking sign. The Hopewell Bowling Center has been around since the 1950s.

The Dogwood Lodge opened in 1953. For more, see this website. The Blue Jay Motel is a very detailed and nicely maintained sign. For more, see this website. The Fountain Motel is apparently also from the 1950s.
