The Providence Rooster stands in front of Sollitto's Liquors. He was painted with the message "USA Love It or Leave It" when the first photo was taken in 2004. By 2008, he was repainted.
The Duanesburg Rooster acted as signage for Jewett's Poultry Farm (egg producers). This photo is from 2004. By 2009, this statue was gone. The Painter Rooster stands on top of Colonna Industries sign. They are a welding contractors business. The Chestertown Rooster is located in front of the Silver Star Diner. The restaurant is also nicknamed "The Chicken Diner" after this statue. The photos on the left are from 2007. In 2010, vandals dragged the statue into the road and it was destroyed. A few months later, the restaurant replaced the statue with a new one (photo on right). The chef's hat and neckerchief were customized additions. For more, see this website. The brown Salem Rooster stands in front of Panfili's Farm Stand. The Harrisville Rooster is located in the parking lot of Wright's Farm Restaurant. The Northborough Rooster stands in front of A.J. Tomaiolo's Restaurant. The Celina Rooster is at Sunshine Treasures Farm. The Bolingbrook Rooster is located at Montana Charlie's Little America Flea Market. The Benton Rooster is installed at I-30 Concrete & Sales along with this Razorback Hog and other statuary. |

The Longview Rooster is installed on the roof of a Shell gas station convenience store.
The Grand Island Rooster stood in front of the Sundance Feed & Seed in 2006 when this photo was taken. By 2008, the business and the rooster were gone. The Lincoln Rooster is installed on a pole at Oz & Jan's Famous Lee's Restaurant. The restaurant has been here since 1945. The Kearney Rooster stands on top of a Daylight Donuts sign. The Mayfield Rooster was previously installed at Emma's Restaurant which is now gone. The statue has been moved to Larry Angel Motor Sales.
These Cave City Roosters stand across the street from each other at competing cement statuary businesses, "Coffey's Concrete Products" and "Holder's Concrete World". The Decatur Rooster is located at the Stuckey's / Shell Truck Stop. The Huntsville Rooster is installed in front of Speedy Chicken. The restaurant opened in 2010. The Hennessey Rooster is located at Rooster's Honkytonk and Chicken Shack. The Wichita Rooster is nicknamed D.W. "Big Ed" Buttermilk. The statue was installed on top of the building which houses the Whole Donut when the store opened in 2008. For more, see their website. |

The Lansing Rooster is installed on top of the pole sign at Augie's Broasted Chicken. The Caro Rooster stood in front of the Rooster Flats Golf Center when this photo was taken in 2007. The Rich Creek Rooster stands in front of Mutt's Furniture.
The Cheshire Rooster is on the roof of Country Charm restaurant. It was previously the Chicken Stop restaurant and the rooster had been on the grass in front. It was moved to the roof after college student abduction in the mid-1990s. As of 2005, there is damage to the rooster's right side. The Otego Rooster stands in front of PD's Used Furniture. The Hubbardston Rooster has a little more interesting paint job than the others. He stands in front of Country Trail Antiques.
The Glidden Rooster wears a top hat much like his "broaster" cousins shown below. He stands next to the Dairy Mart ice cream stand. Apparently, he's been used for target practice. The Dairy Mart has been here since the 1950s. For more, see this website. The New Harmony Rooster stands in front of the Country Mart gas station. The Lake George Roosters are just some of the many giant statues at Magic Forest. This is the first giant brown rooster that I know of. Note the goofier style of the first and fourth rooster shown here. They are evidently a much rarer type. Some other examples are described at this page. |

The Fabens Rooster in installed next to Wholesale Lumber. This is a modern, aluminum statue based on the fiberglass statues. These metal statues have more detail. The El Paso Rooster stands on top of the La Granja Plaza sign. The translation of "granja" is farm. |

The Austin Rooster is installed in front of Apollo Liquors & Superette. This is an aluminum statue, produced more recently than the fiberglass versions. The aluminum statues have more detail. The Mabel Rooster stands in front of someone's house. The Compton Rooster is on the roof of Firas Farms Poultry, a live poultry market. The Riverside Rooster is strapped down to the roof to Donahoo's Golden Chicken restaurant. The Pomona Rooster is mounted on top of the sign of another Donahoo's Golden Chicken restaurant. There is another location in Ontario, CA but I don't think there is a rooster there. |

The Rooster in Yuma is installed in a pickup in front of the Buy Sell Trade store. This appears to be the more recent aluminum model rather than the fiberglass model. The feathers on the body are much more detailed. The Rooster in Tucson also appears to be aluminum. It stands in front of Copper Country Antiques. These Rooster and Steer statues in Hatch are installed in the parking lot at Sparky's restaurant. |
