| Albert the Bull at 30 feet tall is supposedly the World's Largest Bull. He is meant to represent the perfect Hereford Bull. Albert was built in 1964 of concrete and steel. He stands at Albert the Bull Park and Campground. For more see these websites: 1 and 2. |

The Casa del Sol Mexican restaurant displays this furry bull. The Casa del Sol opened in 2009. I don't know how long this bull has been here or if he came from someplace else.
The Heaven Hill Hereford Farm bull is another example of the furry type. His left jaw has been damaged and repainted. |

This Longhorn cow is installed on the roof of this Dairy Barn location.
Angelo's Steak Pit features a bull that goes by the name of "Big Gus". Angelo's opened in 1958 and this statue has been there since 1970. He was designed to be a Spanish bull but was transformed into a longhorn. The owner of Angelo's was going to put other bulls at two other locations. However, the restaurants were never built and the two bulls remain in storage. For more, see their website. |

The Longhorn and Horse statues in Ovid are located at Tom's Western Store.
This Longhorn statue in San Antonio is installed on a raised platform above the entrance to the Union Stock Yards. Although the Union Stock Yards closed in 2001, this statue was still there in 2011 when these photos were taken. |
