This section focuses on "real" diners: prefabricated restaurant units that were produced by diner companies. Typically, they are covered with stainless steel or porcelain enamel panels. A variety of styles are represented here including barrel-roofed Worcesters, streamlined Sterlings, cute little Valentines, Foderos, Mountain Views, and more. Since the focus of my website is on older structures, I have only included a few modern diners. I am more interested in exteriors than interiors but you will find plenty of indoor diner photos as well. I don't discuss the food since the focus here is on architecture. If you find diners that I have missed, I'd love to hear from you. Enjoy!
