| This Dairy Freeze building was built in 1942 in Columbus, OH. The neon sign is from 1952. In 1956, the building was moved here. The steel canopy, added in 1961, was built by a Louisville, KY bridge company (their "rock and roll" design). They might also have manufactured the canopy for this former drive-in in North Wilkesboro, NC. As far as I know, this Dairy Freeze was not part of a chain. For more, see their website. |
