There were more than two dozen Alamo Plaza Hotel Court locations in TX and the Southeast including those shown below and Oklahoma City, OK; Tyler, TX; Little Rock, AR; Jackson & Gulfport, MS; Shreveport & New Orleans, LA; Nashville & Memphis, TN; and Raleigh & Charlotte, NC. This location, now known as the Alamo Plaza Motel, was built in 1941 and is still in great shape although several of the main entryways have been filled in. The sign from 1959 was removed in 2004. For more, see these websites: 1 and 2.

Santa Fe Villas Atlanta, GA |

This location was built in 1948. In the 1990s, the place was renamed the Santa Fe Villas, the façade was altered, and the buildings were renovated by the City as housing for homeless people. The management and iron gates prevented taking any pictures of the many units behind the façade.
