| Cole's P.E. Buffet opened in 1908 in the Pacific Electric Building. The building served as the terminal for the Pacific Electric Railway and Cole's was a popular restaurant with commuters. When Cole's closed in 2007, the interior still had the original mahogany bar and oak tables. The restaurant is now being renovated. For more, see these websites: 1, 2, 3, and 3. |
